What will you be doing in your role?
- Conduct individual, team, and group coaching sessions to equip case managers in assisting clients.
- Collaborate with supervisors, program managers, and directors for the progress of their teams.
- Demonstrate proactivity within the program.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain and provide weekly log to track coaching sessions.
- Hold yourself and others accountable for meeting expectations and are proactive about addressing issues.
- Maintain and prioritize confidentiality.
- Support and encourage the growth of case managers and employees so that they may effectively work with their clients.
- Results oriented and excel at problem solving in a solution-focused manner.
- Meet your commitments and effectively manage your administrative duties.
- Encourage the programs you work with to deliver services adhering to the highest ethical standards and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with program staff, peers, and agency leadership to support the overall goals of CCFW.
- Manage both short- and long-term projects and complete them on time.
- Build relationships with staff.
- Prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Foster an environment of shared accountability, proactive collaboration and constructive communication.
- Remain up to date on evidence-based practices.
- Familiarize yourself with the coaching toolkit in order to utilize tools with coaches.
- Demonstrate expertise in helping staff identify and work through barriers and biases that prevent staff from doing their best work with clients.
- Regularly meet with your program manager and colleagues as a group and individually to discuss progress towards goals, expectations, and performance.
- Monitor case manager progress.
- Work best in a team setting and communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively.
- Willing to present for all-staff trainings on coaching related topics as needed or capacity permits.
Are you the next Agency Case Management Coach?
- Master’s degree in counseling or related field AND LMSW, LPC, or LPC-Associate licensure required.
- 2-5 years coaching experience, preference.
- Expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based practices
- Skilled in teaching 1:1 and small/large groups, preferred.
