What will you be doing in your role?
- Identify opportunities for client growth and develop a plan to assist them in reducing barriers to success.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments that incorporate a narrative approach in the development of strengths-based, holistic service plan through financial coaching and emotional resiliency to identify client BBF/goal /why.
- Monitor and guide client progress utilizing clinically informed interventions to help maintain client engagement and progress in achieving overall well- being and financial self-sufficiency goals.
- Ensure professional service delivery by working in collaboration with case work partner to provide timely case management, documentation, and communication with clients.
- Utilize coaching approach to empower client while encouraging engagement and motivation to identify multiple paths towards success.
- Maintain current knowledge of trends and issues regarding social work theory and best practices.
- Utilize a problem-solving framework to promote steady client progression.
- Thrive on finding the approach that works best for each person you serve despite the intensity of the barriers faced.
- Engage clients in service planning process so that they agree with and understand the goals, target dates, and actions needed to succeed.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with case worker partners to maintain a caseload that is engaged and successful in meeting client goals and agency’s benchmarks.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to occasionally meet with clients after normal business.
- Connect clients to wellbeing/counseling resources.
- Hold yourself and team accountable for meeting expectations and are proactive about addressing issues.
- Continually explore training opportunities to increase your skill set.
- Support the data and evaluative needs of Padua by ensuring proper, accurate and timely documentation.
- Cultivate positive relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Are you the next Padua Case Manager?
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or closely related field (master’s degree and/or clinical experience preferred)
- Case management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas driver’s license and be willing to transport clients in your car if needed.

- Full-Time hourly position with a starting rate of $20 based on minimum requirements. Pay is determined by relevant experience, work history, education and internal equities.
