Core Responsibilities
- Design and Schedule Social Media Posts
- Create and Edit Digital Graphics and Copy
- Help with Organization of Marketing Files
- Assist with Scheduling and Production of Videos
- Support Agency Fundraising Efforts
What will you be doing in your role?
- Assist the Marketing Specialist in creating and managing agency social media content calendars that include events, campaign posts, etc.
- Implement, refine, and contribute to the vision and strategy for all agency marketing materials and fundraising campaigns.
- Work with the Marketing Team to continually monitor and assess CCFW's online presence and make quick decisions about online responses and posts.
- Draft, design, build, and disseminate digital marketing assets such as flyers, newsletters and email campaigns to a segmented list of donors and supports on a monthly, bi-monthly, or as needed basis.
- Assist the Marketing Team with uploading and crafting website (blog) content for all current and upcoming events and campaigns in addition to basic website updates.
- Assist the Marketing Team in the development of compelling content, including writing, basic photo and video editing, and basic graphic design.
- Support the Marketing Team in daily administrative tasks

Additional Information
- This is a part-time, non-paid position.
- This position requires a minimum of 10 hours per week and at least one school semester remaining.
Are you the next Digital Marketing Intern?
- High School Diploma required
- Currently enrolled in a college program. Marketing, communications, videography, etc. majors preferred.
- Excellent writing skills and familiarity with AP style
- Experience with managing social media platforms including creating content calendars
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Passion for our goal of relentlessly ending poverty
- Must have reliable transportation and a current Texas driver’s license
