What will you be doing in your role?
- Lead the creation, planning, and scheduling of social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent branding and visual identity.
- Design high-impact graphics, visuals, and multimedia assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media, fundraising events, promotional materials, and web content.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute creative marketing strategies and storytelling campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to social media engagement, adjusting strategies based on insights and trends.
- Create and distribute visually compelling email campaigns and newsletters for various audiences using platforms like HubSpot or Constant Contact.
- Update website and blog content with fresh, visual-first content that enhances user engagement.
- Produce and edit photo and video content for use across digital channels.
- Document agency events through photography, video, and live social media updates.
- Manage and update digital fundraising platforms with branded visuals and event-specific content.
- Stay current on design trends, social media algorithms, and platform updates to keep CCFW’s content fresh and relevant.
Are you the next Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist?
- 1 years professional experience in marketing, graphic design, or social media content creation
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills across both digital and print media
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Canva)
- Experience with managing multiple social media platforms, including scheduling tools, advertising, and metrics analysis
- Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills, familiarity with AP style preferred
- Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and audience engagement
- Reliable transportation and current Texas driver’s license

- Full-Time hourly position with a starting rate of $20 based on minimum requirements of the job description. Pay is determined by relevant experience, work history, education and internal equities.
