What will you be doing in your role?
- Plan, manage, and execute event-related social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn), including pre- and post-event recaps.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for agency campaigns, fundraising, and events.
- Monitor and engage with CCFW's online presence, making timely decisions on responses and posts.
- Maintain a professional and effective social media presence, balancing tone and brand consistency.
- Draft, design, and distribute newsletters and email campaigns to segmented donor and supporter lists on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create, update, and upload website and blog content related to events and campaigns.
- Assist with content creation, including writing, basic photo and video editing, and graphic design.
- Stay informed on market trends to ensure relevance and effectiveness in campaigns and promotions.
- Oversee event marketing efforts, including photography, day-of content creation, and event recaps.
- Manage online platform for event fundraising.
Are you the next Social Media & Marketing Specialist?
- 1 years Marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline.
- Excellent writing skills and familiarity with AP style.
- Experience with managing social media platforms including creating content calendars, advertising and analyzing metrics.
- Experience with email marketing software, such as Hubspot, Luminate, Pardot, Constant Contact, etc.
- In depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing and market research methods.
- Hands on experience with marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite [InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop], Canva) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation and a current Texas driver’s license.
