The Good Shepherd Shelter: Intake Lead Staff-Part-time
We are currently looking to fill a part-time Shelter Lead Staff Position at the Good Shepherd Shelter in Wausau working with our community homeless population. The Lead Staff would assist in the operations and provide shift supervision, support, and training to volunteers during the evening shifts. Ideal candidates will possess excellent decision making & interpersonal skills. Be recognized as a leader and respond to urgent and/or unexpected situations. Prior experience with the homeless or vulnerable preferred.
Shifts are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday and from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Also on call Saturday and Sunday for all shifts with a $50 stipend per day on call. If you’re passionate about serving vulnerable populations and making a difference, apply today!

Must be 18 years old to work in the Warming Center. Background check required.
