JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIE

• S:Provides high quality therapy to assigned caseloa
• d.Conducts intake assessments to collect necessary background information, assess medical and clinical status of clients, and establish appropriate diagnosis according to DSM-5 standards and definition
• s.Determines the needs to be addressed and the level of therapy required, including consultation with other clinical staf
• f.Develops treatment plans based on intake and diagnosis to establish clear and measurable goals and objectives for client treatment based on intake and diagnosi
• s.In school settings, interfaces and collaborates with school staff as neede
• d.Performs other duties as assigne

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMEN

CERTIFICATION/LICENS
