Your Key Responsibilities
- Determine clients' diagnosis and psychiatric needs, prescribe medication as needed, and provide education.
- Review the appropriateness of existing medication regimens through review of medication records and consultation with clients and staff.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and treatment teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and facilitate classes, groups, and activities focused on medication education and management, wellness self-management, symptom monitoring, and smoking cessation.
