Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Associate Program Director to assist in the administration and management of a large-scale program. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, overseeing program operations, and supporting fiscal and budget management, public relations, and resource development.
The Associate Program Director will act as the primary assistant to the Program Director II for special projects, urgent administrative needs, and will assume leadership responsibilities in the Director’s absence. The role requires engagement with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies and community organizations.
Responsibilities :
- Provide program-wide leadership , ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance.
- Oversee fiscal and budget management , quality improvement initiatives, and public relations.
- Support resource development and strategic planning for program sustainability.
- Supervise and guide assigned staff, fostering a high-performance culture .
- Represent the organization at community events, government meetings, and partner collaborations.
- Serve as acting Program Director when needed.
