PART-TIME NURSE PRACTITIONER
ADDICTION TREATMENT SERVICES – TALBOT HOUSE - BOHEMIA

CCLI is looking for a part-time Nurse Practitioner with a generous heart to work in our Talbot House which is a 24-hour hour residential stabilization center licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction. We are seeking those with a desire to contribute to the well-being of others to carry out our mission on Long Island. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients in accordance with advanced nursing practices and established protocols, writing and/or participating in a plan of care for each individual.
- Order and evaluate appropriate medical regimens including medications and relevant tests.
- Address crises, complete referrals and maintain client records
- Provide support, education and counseling to enable patients to stabilize their illness and prevent future health issues.
- Consult with medical director and professional staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Observe and comply with governing regulations and Agency policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- MSN with specialization in adult health.
- At least 2 years’ experience providing direct care for adult patients.
- Licensed to practice in New York State as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Eligible for NYS Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Schedule: 4 hours – once a week.
Rate of Pay: $65 per hour.
This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation, such as the value of benefits, which may be applicable to this position.
