RESIDENTIAL AIDE
SIENA MENTAL HEALTH RESIDENCE – BAY SHORE

CCLI is looking for a part-time Residential Aide with a generous heart and a desire to contribute to the well-being of others to carry out our mission on Long Island. By joining our team, you will share in the joy of providing “care with dignity and life with hope.”
Responsibilities:
Ø Provide all direct supportive services including dignified personal care and daily household and housekeeping functions;
Ø Coach residents to set and achieve individual goals;
Ø Transport and accompany residents to medical appointments and for recreational activities in the Catholic Charities van for which training is provided;
Ø Supervise daily medications and advocate for residents with the medical community.
Qualifications:
Ø Some experience (work, life, and/or volunteer) working with Adults with Mental Health diagnoses;
Ø Ability to listen to residents and as a result, to refer residents for additional treatment;
Ø High School Diploma or GED;
Ø Clean, valid NYS Driver’s License.
Schedule: part-time – 28 hours per week – Tuesday Wednesday 5 PM to 10 PM, and Thursday Friday, and Saturday 4pm-10pm,
Rate of Pay: $19 per hour as of 4/1/25.
This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation, such as the value of benefits, which may be applicable to this position.
