Support Services Administrator - Residential Services for Developmentally Disabled Adults

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Director of Disabilities Services, the Support Services Administrator will oversee and supervise administrative and facilities management staff members and office functions.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with OPWDD & OMIG regulations, agency policies, procedures and budgetary guidelines throughout the group home worksites.
- Work collaboratively with the Healthcare Administrator and Program Administrator to ensure that the individuals in our care are receiving appropriate and quality services.
- Direct and review facilities management functions, including capital budget development and expenditure process. Monitor completion of work orders to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain a program-wide documentation protocol to ensure that consistent, accurate, timely, compliant, and cohesive data and documents are readily retrievable on shared network drives or file storage.
- Participate in operational worksite surveys, and internal and external audits. Respond to identified concerns by developing and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop training curriculum, including New Employee Orientation. Schedule and track employee training; maintain training records.
- Review and approve Temp Agency billing.
- Maintain headcount control activities including tracking of staff vacancies, hires, transfers and terminations.
- Develop and maintain vehicle safety protocols, including regular vehicle maintenance checks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 5 yrs. supervisory experience within a program for developmentally disabled adults
- Demonstrated knowledge of OPWDD and OMIG regulatory compliance
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Clean, valid NYS Driver's License; ability to drive island-wide to group home locations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed to address work requirements
Salary: $70,000 - 80,000/yr.
Core work schedule: 9a-5p, Monday - Friday

The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation, such as the value of benefits, which may be applicable to this position.
