Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed as a Family Support Specialist, Case Management, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Social Service related fields or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years' experience in a social service-related field is also required. Previous background in financial literacy, HUD programming, and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) experience is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team setting, are essential. Spanish fluency is a plus.
