Catholic Charities of Northwest Florida carries out the social mission of Catholic Church to serve, to empower and to advocate for vulnerable individuals and families regardless of race, religion or national origin.
Duties:
• Oversees Program operations for all of Catholic Charities Programs and Services, including, Adoption & Pregnancy, Immigration & Emergency Assistance.
° Collaborate with various stakeholders, including community partners, staff, and volunteers, to advance our mission.
• Coordinates tasks, office activities and other team support, ensuring smooth, effective and efficient operations across the assigned community.
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive staff training programs to ensure employees are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively and in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize program operations and client satisfaction.
• Evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results to the leadership team.
Ensures that all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
• Develop and lead a team capable of supporting CCNWFL performance and strategic growth strategies while fostering an engaging, positive work environment.
• Maintains a sound plan of corporate organization, establishing policies to ensure adequate management development and to provide for capable management succession.
• Assist in the planning and development of the organization's Strategic Plan.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive volunteer program, including recruiting, training, and managing volunteers. Ensure that the program aligns with organizational goals, fosters a positive volunteer
experience, and supports community engagement initiatives.
• Ensure a safe work environment by identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a non-profit environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of or ability to interpret contract requirements, regulatory guidelines, and funding compliance standards.
- The position requires travel between our Pensacola, FWB, Panama City and Tallahassee offices. An agency vehicle will be provided.
