This position drives HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment.
- Manage new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns and assisting with conflict resolution.
- Administer benefits programs and serve as a liaison between employees and providers.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate training and professional development initiatives.
- Coordinate HR projects, policy updates, and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization, or within the human services industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
