Job Summary
We are seeking an organized Recruitment Operations Coordinator to join our People and Culture Team. The Recruitment Coordinator will support all administrative tasks associated with the organization's hiring process and will help improve the overall experience for candidates and hiring managers.
This role is based at 721 N. LaSalle in Chicago and requires in-office days 2 days per week.
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Records: Ensure that all candidate information and application statuses are accurately entered and maintained within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing up-to-date tracking of recruitment activities.
- Create Job Requisitions: Work closely with the People and Culture (HR) Business Partners to develop and post job requisitions for a variety of positions in the ATS, ensuring they align with organizational requirements.
- Administrative Support: Be the primary point of contact for problem solving issues in the ATS. Provide general administrative support to hiring managers and team members and escalate issues to appropriate parties. Manage tasks including calendars and shortlisting candidates for select positions.
- Job Postings: Manage job postings on various job boards and the company website, ensuring all listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Screen Resumes for selected positions: Conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified candidates and forward them to hiring managers for further evaluation.
- Coordinate Interviews for selected positions: Utilize the ATS to schedule and manage interview logistics, including sending out invitations, confirmations, and follow-up communications to candidates and interviewers
- Candidate Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Generate Recruitment Reports: Produce and distribute regular reports from the ATS that highlight key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate sources, and pipeline status, for review by the People and Culture team.
Onboarding Support: Provide support for the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, coordinating new hire paperwork, and scheduling orientation sessions.

Compensation: $25.20-30.80 / hour
