Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Dubuque has an immediate opening for a full or part-time Mental Health Therapist (Counselor) to join our team of professionals. Catholic Charities has provided mental health counseling for more than 60 years. Office-based position available in Dubuque, serving a 30-county area in NE Iowa. Counselors should be generalists and expected to provide clinical therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and groups. Successful candidates should be licensed in Iowa as a Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Independent Social Worker. Experience with electronic health records and EMDR preferred. Competencies in telehealth required. Access to CEU-approved training provided. Premium pay for bilingual candidates. Dual license in Wisconsin and/or Illinois is preferred. Skilled in public speaking preferred. We welcome counselors of all faiths.
