What you Deliver
- Conduct regular outreach activities with groups to garner support and build collaborations. Stays abreast pregnancy and parenting issues and community needs. Works with program staff and Midtown office to develop new and expanded pregnancy/ parenting and post adoption programs. Develops strategies and budgetary planning for meeting client needs, programmatic goals and integrating "Bridges to Hope" model. Forms alliance with state, federal, faith-based and non-profit organizations for community welfare. Maintains strong relationships and routinely identifies new opportunities for collaboration.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals. Identify opportunities for program enhancement, expansion, and innovation to meet the evolving needs of our target audience.
- Design and curate a range of program activities, workshops, and classes that cater to the physical, emotional, and informational needs of pregnant individuals and parents. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure program content is evidence-based, accurate, and up to date. Oversee the scheduling and coordination of program sessions and events.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of program staff, volunteers, and interns. Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and achievement of program objectives. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages professional growth.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and relevant organizations to enhance program effectiveness. Represent the program and organization at meetings, conferences, and community events.
- Ensure that pregnant individuals and parents receive comprehensive support, resources, and guidance throughout their pregnancy and parenting journey. Address participant inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a compassionate and timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies for data collection to assess program outcomes and impact. Analyze data to identify trends, success stories, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for internal assessment and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage program budgets, ensuring responsible allocation of resources. Monitor expenses, track financial progress, and make informed decisions to stay within budget constraints.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The Expertise We're Looking For
- Associate's degree in a related field (Social Work, Public Health, Family Studies, etc.).
- Two (2) years of experience in program management within a nonprofit or community-based organization.
- One (1) year of experience in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of pregnancy, parenting, and family support services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in staff supervision, team building, and volunteer management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Commitment to the organization's mission and values.
- Knowledge throughout the Catholic Social Teachings.
- Exhibit strong skills in relationship building, public speaking, and effective written communications.
