Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit social service agencies with programs and facilities serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Case Manager for our Upper Saddle River program in Upper Saddle River, NJ.
Job Duties :
- Asses clients' needs
- Development and implement service plans for clients
- Provide referrals when required
- Responsible for continuity of care and ensuring that appropriate quality services are provided
