MCGS operates Mount Carmel Guild Academy, a private out-of-district placement for children within special education, for grades PRE-K-12. The Academy is located in West Orange, New Jersey.

Job Duties:
- Manage the design and development of academic program, curriculum, methods, and materials for various students and teachers
- Oversee skill assessments and collects input to identify training or development needs, goals, gaps and requirements
- Master's Degree
- 3 years to 5 years of teaching experience
- Teacher of the Handicapped OR Teacher of Students with Disabilities certification issued by NJDOE
- Supervisor/principal certification issued by NJDOE
