Job Summary:
">The Senior Adult Protection Program Manager is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and integrating the delivery of services within the Adult Protective Services program. This includes monitoring the functions of the program, ensuring contracted or budgeted volumes of services are met, and developing strategies to improve service delivery.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of professionals providing in-home assessment, advocacy, and case management services to older and disabled adults. ">
- Monitor and ensure compliance with standards established by regulations and grant requirements. ">
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the program, including finding creative ways to deliver services within scope. ">
- Provide clinical supervision to program staff, if qualified, and act as a role model motivating staff to operate in ways consistent with the organization's mission and values. ">
Requirements:

- Master's degree in a relevant field. ">
- 1-2 years of experience in social services, preferably working with senior citizens. ">
- 2 years of supervisory experience. ">
- Valid New Jersey driver's license. ">
- Valid LSW or LCSW. ">
- Experience working with senior citizens as it relates to adult protection and 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. ">
