Position Summary:
">The Supervisor of Aging and Disability Programs at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services within the Adult Protective Services program.
">Main Duties:

- Lead a team of professionals providing in-home assessment, advocacy, and case management services to older and disabled adults. ">
- Ensure compliance with regulations and grant requirements, developing strategies to improve service delivery when necessary. ">
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement policies and procedures for the program. ">
- Provide clinical supervision to program staff, acting as a role model to motivate staff to operate in ways consistent with the organization's mission and values. ">
Essential Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a relevant field. ">
- 1-2 years of experience in social services, preferably working with senior citizens. ">
- 2 years of supervisory experience. ">
- Valid New Jersey driver's license. ">
- Valid LSW or LCSW. ">
- Experience working with senior citizens as it relates to adult protection and 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. ">
