As the Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Supervise, set up, and run all program activities
- Make camper activity assignments and weekly schedule
- Maintain contact with parents as necessary
- Assist with staff training
- Interact with staff and campers in a fair and just manner
Program Director Minimum Salary: $500.00 per week
Program Director Maximum Salary: $500.00 per week
Must be able to live on site for the entire camp season (June-August)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with some college
- Experience supervising others or leading a team
- Desire and ability to work with children
- Organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Problem solving skills
