As the Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Providing for the advancement, health, welfare, safety and benefit of all people served by the agency. Promotes the achievement of the program goals as they relate to the clinical aspect of programming for residential services, and in the process assists each individual served in the residential program as they strive to achieve their maximum growth.
- Supervising the CCDS Nursing team, Clinical Specialists and the Behavioral Intervention Specialist.
- Developing, collecting, coordinating, monitoring and assessing appropriate data sources such as reports, records, policies, procedures and systems to ensure appropriate management.
- Collaborating with the Residential Administration for quality of care for the persons supported.
Clinical Supervisor Minimum Salary: $85,000/year
Clinical Supervisor Maximum Salary: $85,000/year
Clinical Supervisor Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm *some flexibility with hours*
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science, Clinical/Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience.
- Training and knowledge in clinical standards and regulations.
- Valid NYS Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
