As the Domestic Violence Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:  

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of the Domestic Violence staff and volunteers
• Assist in the preparation and submission of RFP’s for contracts and renewals for the Domestic Violence Program  
• Prepare and submit all reports to funders for the Domestic Violence Program

• Develop and maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with funding sources, service providers, and the community at large, including outreach to the community regarding the Domestic Violence Program

• Hold regular staff meetings with all Domestic Violence staff members, including supervision

• Provide direct services to victims of domestic violence, including: running support groups, legal advocacy, referrals, transportation assistance, emergency assistance, counseling by phone and in person, and safety planning

• Provide coverage for the 24/7 crisis hotline as additional staff are needed for intakes or emergencies, during a staff vacancy, or when a staff member is unable to cover due to illness, etc.
  
  

Domestic Violence Program Director Minimum Salary: $ 37.00

Domestic Violence Program Director Maximum Salary: $ 40.00

Domestic Violence Program Director Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4 (35 hours/week)

• On-Call Shifts may b required
   

Qualifications:  

•  Bachelor's Degree

• 1-3 years in program management, volunteers or domestic violence

• Valid Driver's License, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable and working vehicle
