As the Domestic Violence Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Â
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of the Domestic Violence staff and volunteers
- Assist in the preparation and submission of RFP’s for contracts and renewals for the Domestic Violence Program Â
- Prepare and submit all reports to funders for the Domestic Violence Program
Develop and maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with funding sources, service providers, and the community at large, including outreach to the community regarding the Domestic Violence Program
Hold regular staff meetings with all Domestic Violence staff members, including supervision
Provide direct services to victims of domestic violence, including: running support groups, legal advocacy, referrals, transportation assistance, emergency assistance, counseling by phone and in person, and safety planning
Provide coverage for the 24/7 crisis hotline as additional staff are needed for intakes or emergencies, during a staff vacancy, or when a staff member is unable to cover due to illness, etc.

Domestic Violence Program Director Maximum Salary: $ 40.00
Â
Domestic Violence Program Director Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4 (35 hours/week)
- On-Call Shifts may b required

Qualifications: Â
 Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years in program management, volunteers or domestic violence
Valid Driver's License, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable and working vehicle
