As the Fiscal Director, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:  

• Establish accounting procedures, maintain accounting records and to provide appropriate documentation for transactions

• Prepare monthly financial statements for the Central office and Board of Directors 

• Prepare and analyze budgets and reports for all funding sources, including total agency budget on an ongoing basis

• Assist Executive Director in financial management, planning, budgeting, and cost control

• Prepare and analyze audit information for annual audit and CFR

• Cash management and reconciliation

• Ensure the safety and confidentiality of accounting records

Fiscal Director Minimum Salary: $65,000 

Fiscal Director Maximum Salary: $68,000

Fiscal Director Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 - 4 (35 hrs/week) 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

• 5 years of experience (preferred)

• Supervisory experience is preferred
