As the Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Â
- Responsible for day-to-day office operations, responsible for opening, closing the office
- Post mail and bring to post office each day as neededÂ
- Inventory and order administrative, office and janitorial supplies
- Liaison to Volunteers, Phone and Voice Mail Systems Administrator, Maintain copier, mail and office equipment and schedule repairs
- Responsible for the direction, training and scheduling of support staff including front office staff, summer youth, and front office interns/volunteers

Front Office Manager Minimum Salary: $Â 17.00
Â
Front Office Manager Maximum Salary: $Â 20.00
Â
Front Office Manager Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00-3:30 (35 hours per week)

Qualifications: Â
- Associate's Degree in a related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience working with a diverse population
- Experience as an administrative assistant
- Must have computer skills, can multi-task and work professionally with the public
