As the 1115 Waiver Program Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:Â
- Provide operational oversight of all 1115 Waiver services, ensuring effective implementation and high-quality service delivery.
- Supervise staff delivering 1115 Waiver services; provide direction, support, and coaching.
- Maintain positive relationships with partner agencies, community organizations, and Social Care Network staff.
- Serve as liaison to other agencies providing 1115 Waiver Services and to the Social Care Network

1115 Waiver Program Supervisor Minimum Salary: $24.72 per hour

1115 Waiver Program Supervisor Maximum Salary: $26.37 per hour
Â
1115 Waiver Program Supervisor Schedule:  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 8:30AM to 4PM; Thursday 8:30AM to 6:30PM
Qualifications:Â
- 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
- 1 to 3 year experience in Human Service Industry. Â
