As the Residential Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Day to day shift operation of the program
- Supervising all Direct Support Professionals
- Ensuring that Direct Support Professionals implement service plans to aid residents in learning about all areas of activities of daily living and the community
- Responsible for carrying out direction and administration of program services
Residential Shift Supervisor Minimum Salary: $21.08/hour
Residential Shift Supervisor Maximum Salary: $21.08/hour
Residential Shift Supervisor Schedule: Full-time
**We offer a differential for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday**
Qualifications:
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
- High School diploma or GED
- Two years of experience working as a Direct Support Professional
