As the Volunteer Recruiter and Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Design and implement on-going volunteer recruitment activities throughout the catchment area served by the program
- Conduct information sessions for potential volunteers at sites throughout the county
- Respond to volunteer inquiries, answering questions and providing instructions about the process of becoming a volunteer
- Conduct face-to-face interviews with potential volunteers to determine appropriateness for and interest in providing services
- Complete program monthly reporting requirements
- Complete all client documentation required to make volunteer match
- Match appropriate volunteers with clients
- Have on-going communication with clients and volunteers throughout service provision
- Other duties as deemed necessary for the successful operation of the program
Aging Life Coordinator Minimum Salary: $ 20.88
Aging Life Coordinator Maximum Salary: $ 21.43
Aging Life Coordinator Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday 8:30am-4:30pm & Wednesday 11am-7pm (35 Hours)
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree
- 1-3 years of experience
- Valid driver's license
