The Social Media Intern will fuel our mission to “Serve those in need as Christ calls us to do” through engagement with the public via social media platforms and content creation.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating social media posts for Instagram and Facebook
- Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
- Create content for social media posts
- Schedule video shoots with staff and/or clients
- Assist in creating and editing short-form videos
- Participate in team meetings to develop new strategies for engagement
- Ensure brand message is consistent
- Gathers client stories from staff
- Provides administrative support to the Mission Advancement Department
- Assist with and participate in community outreach and education events
- Other duties as assigned

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
