Position Summary:
Catholic Charities East Bay seeks a dynamic and self-motivated Annual Fund Manager to support the organization’s fundraising efforts. Reporting to the Director of the Office of Mission Advancement, the Annual Fund Manager will work closely with the Director to develop and implement strategies for donor acquisition, retention, and growth. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively across departments, and a commitment to Catholic Charities East Bay’s mission of serving the most vulnerable in our communities.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director to develop and execute annual fundraising strategies, including direct mail, online giving, and donor stewardship initiatives.

Coordinate and execute donor appeals and campaigns, including segmentation, messaging, and follow-up communications.

Assist in the planning and implementation of fundraising events and donor engagement opportunities.

Work cross-departmentally to integrate fundraising efforts with programmatic initiatives and communications strategies.

Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing donors, ensuring effective stewardship and recognition.

Analyze fundraising data to evaluate the success of campaigns and make recommendations for future strategies.

Support grant and sponsorship efforts as needed, in collaboration with the development team.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of two years of nonprofit experience.

Must have a valid CA Drivers License/ Insurance & a working vehicle.

Experience working with fundraising databases (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms) preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling donor communications.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and other departments.

Experience with donor outreach, event coordination, and fundraising appeals.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
