Position Summary:
The Senior 245D Program Manager is responsible for all contracted 245D program services according to federal and state regulations and Catholic Charities policies and procedures. This position ensures the quality delivery of services is provided to all individuals through the oversight of all program operations, personnel management, fiscal management, policies and procedure development and oversight, and program development for all 245D licensed programs. This includes 8 residential group homes and In-Home Services.
