The St. Cloud Day Treatment Program of Catholic Charities is seeking Clinical Trainee or Licensed Therapist to work with a fast-paced, highly experienced, supportive, creative team to provide mental health services to children and adolescents.

The Intensive Outpatient – Day Treatment Program provides children and adolescents a three-hour block of mental health programming daily. The Clinical Trainee or Licensed Therapist will join the team to provide group, individual and family therapy. This is a unique environment that allows Clinical Trainees to gain experience in all three service areas.

Job Requirements:

Clinical Trainee Qualifications:

• Has completed an accredited graduate program of study to prepare the staff person for independent licensure as a mental health professional and who is in compliance with the requirements of the applicable health-related licensing board, including requirements for supervised practice.

Licensed Therapist Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field plus a Minnesota license as an LICSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC required
• A minimum of 2 years of post-Master’s experience, including completion of clinical supervision toward licensure
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Flexible Thinking
• Experience with children and/or adolescent preferred

Hours: Program schedule between 8am and 1pm. Other Full-Time hours flexible to be arranged with the Clinical Supervisor.
