**About the Role:**
The Director of Residential Programs will oversee the daily operations of our residential substance-free living services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with OASAS and other applicable regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure all program-specific regulations are followed, including Quality Assurance, Case Records Regulations, and Facility Maintenance Regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the Agency and regulatory offices, completing required reports, surveys, and requests in a timely manner.
- Supervise clinical staff, providing guidance on best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Oversee data collection and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
**Requirements:**
- A New York State Licensed Qualified Health Professional with a minimum of one year of administrative experience in the chemical dependency field.
- Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse counselor (CASAC) advanced required.
- Five years' experience working in a SUD or related treatment field, with residential experience preferred.
