Summary
We are seeking an Early Childhood classroom support and floaters to join our team at the Catholic Club. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping young minds and supporting their development through engaging educational practices. Your expertise will contribute to creating a safe and enriching environment for children.
Responsibilities

Must be enthusiastic and energetic and provide positive developmentally appropriate opportunities in the classroom. Work in a classroom of multi aged children birth to age three as well as preschool and school age children. This position works collaboratively with a co-teacher, family members, and other staff to achieve positive outcomes for our children. This position is a full time /year round position with great benefits including fully paid employee health, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick days, personal days and generous paid vacation package for full time staff. Requirements
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience in classroom management and creating engaging learning environments.
- Ability to provide tutoring and individualized support for children.
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, and staff.
