Job Summary:
The aftercare/summer care supervisor is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and programming of the aftercare program. The Supervisor needs to be supportive and creative with students while they interact with each other, as well as provide direction and assistance when needed.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the database for billing and tracking purposes, as well as maintaining paper files.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and development of all Aftercare staff.
- Develop and implement rewards and consequences systems for good & inappropriate behaviors for children attending Aftercare.
- Able to oversee, train, and fill in for Aftercare when needed.
- Maintaining good relationships with parents, school staff, and parish staff.
