Key Responsibilities:
- Create dynamic, standards-based unit lessons focused on student engagement, incorporating both formative and summative assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
- Establish meaningful learner goals that reflect the school’s mission and values.
- Partner with department colleagues and the principal to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Collaborate with other teachers to design and coordinate assessments, using data to address student needs effectively.
- Actively participate in regular Professional Learning Community (PLC) meetings and professional development days.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents, students, colleagues, and administrators using available technology tools.
- Current Minnesota Teaching License in the relevant content area (preferred).
- Previous teaching experience (preferred).
