Direct Support Professionals enjoy schedule flexibility, benefit eligibility at 30 hours per week, generous paid time off, paid sick leave, and retirement plan eligibility at 20 hours per week and match eligible at 30 per week.

Job Responsibilities of the Direct Support Professional include but are not limited to :
- Assists residents with personal care areas on a daily basis, which may include : showering / bathing, housekeeping, laundry, budgeting, bill-paying, banking, and shopping.
- Maintains compliance with all health and safety facility related licensing standards (Department of Economic Security, Divison of Developmental Disabilities and Department of Health Services).
- Implements recommended therapies; documents implementation of recommended programs, outcomes, progress and concerns using the Therapy web-based documentation system.
- Entry level applicants welcome - we will train!
