- Degree of Certification in Theology/Ministry preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience serving/forming collage age young adults - in a ministry setting, preferred.

- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates ability to handle crisis situations effectively.
- Ability to lead others more deeply in holiness and discipleship of Jesus Christ.
- Practical evangelization skills and ability to empower others to live apostolically.
- Ability to maintain a balanced life given significant nontraditional hours.
- To assist the pastor and staff in fulfilling the mission and vision of Christ the King (CTK). This involves intentionally building Christian fraternity, outreach, and evangelization to students on campus, and accompanying students in their journey of discipleship through inviting them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, the community of Christ the King, and the Church.
- Live-in position with variable hours: nights and weekends regularly required.
- A fast-paced, multi-faceted environment that requires flexibility and radical availability.
- 2-year commitment preferred.

- (JPII Catholic Men's Household serving as an extension ofCTK at LSU)
- Spends time with members of the house through intentional investment and "incarnational evangelization".
- Ensures the men living in the house are following the code of conduct and striving to live the rule of life.
- Meets for 60-75 minutes each week with a discipleship group of 2 household men to form them in their journey of discipleship.
- Helps men in the house discern an approved weekly apostolate for each semester.
- Coaches and directs each member of the house in his apostolate and leadership roles at CTK and LSU.
- Works with men in the house to resolve issues and conflicts that arise in living with one another and notifies the Director of Campus Ministry of conflicts as appropriate and necessary.
- Meets weekly with the Director of Campus Ministry.
- Meets weekly with the co-coordinator of the JPII House.
- Plans and directs communal prayer in the house.
- Plans and develops Spring Semester retreat focused on divine intimacy.
- Formation nights (3x a month)
- Prepares content for formation night 2x a mnth within the four dimensions of formation (emphasis on human and intellectual.)
- Coordinates with benefactors to obtain meals (usually frozen) for each formation night.
- Delegates the preparation of the meal to a different house member each week.
- Weekly household dinner and fraternity night:
- Leads order of business: notable dates, guests, announcements concerning the whole house.
- If there are issues within the house, open the floor for the men to discuss as a group.
- Plans, Directs and Communicates the application and acceptance process into the house for the coming academic year.
- Oversees and directs all maintenance needs for the house.
- Oversees and implements discretionary funds in such a way that is beneficial to the life of the house.
- Facilitates house shopping list and either shops or delegates to house members.
- Maintains and oversees the plan to clean the interior and exterior of the house through dividing into two cleaning teams.
- Assists in setup and breakdown for Christ the King events as directed.
- Assists in coordination and logistics for Free Speech Alley Evangelization.
- Attends monthly events including Community Night, Encounter, and Upper Room and participates in annual Student Leadership Workshop Day, CTK Fall Retreat, St. Paul's Outreach Training, and other retreats/conferences as directed.
- Attends staff retreat, weekly ministry team meeting, weekly staff prayer time and formation, end of semester wrap up days, and end of semester reviews with Pastor and Parish Administrator.
