Administrative Assistant for Performing Arts Department (part-time – 5 hours per day while students are in session) Position Description: Assists the Performing Arts department with all administrative functions.

Responsibilities: • Creates and designs Play-bill programs and concert programs for various SEHS music groups o Coordinates program copying with vendors • Places performing arts orders as needed and cultivates solid vendor relationships, ensuring a qualified pool of vendors is available. • Performs a quality check on ordered items when received at the school. • Reviews and processes all Performing Art invoices for payments. • Regularly updates Performing Arts social media platforms. • Fields calls from parents and others with inquires related to the Performing Arts Dept. • Files music and maintains the music library Qualifications: • HS degree or equivalent; college degree in Marketing preferred • Demonstrated working knowledge of In-Design, Microsoft Word and Excel • Self-motivated with strict attention to detail and adherence to meeting deadlines • Amiable personality and professional demeanor
