General Position Summary : The Administrative Assistant for the Department of Music and Liturgy is responsible for information management in all areas related to music and liturgy.
Principal Accountabilities :
Liturgy -
- Assists with purchasing and maintaining of liturgical supplies.
- Assists with the preparation of special liturgical events; including the needed worship aids and setup / breakdown of liturgical spaces.
- Assists with maintaining Liturgical plans in Planning Center Online Services program.
- Assist with scheduling of wedding anniversary blessings
- Prepare Readers binder of entrance and communion antiphons for Mass
- Assist with preparing, printing, and distributing liturgical books for weekend Masses and special liturgies
- Keep updated digital file of Mass counts
- Assist with collection of OCIA Baptismal certificates
- Attend and help prepare, as necessary, liturgical ministry lead meetings
