The principal duty of all employees is to assist in the mission of the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth, Texas.

General Position Summary : Developing and managing content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Flocknote, Instagram and other digital platforms.

Principal Accountabilities :

• Create a social media calendar.
• Create social media communications for the Administration Department and the other departments of the parish and key ministries. (5 – 7 Media Posts / Flyers weekly)
• Monitor all parish social media outlets for comment appropriateness while communicating church teaching, evangelizing and directing users to parish resources.
• Build a strong relationship with parish departments and programs with the idea of helping, advising and advocating social media use and cross promotion as well as creating engaging social post that highlights liturgical celebration, events, diocesan, parish and school events.
• Responsible for all other projects, tasks, etc., as assigned.
