The principal duty of all employees is to assist in the mission of the Church in the Diocese of Fort Worth. General Position Summary :
Provide loving childcare during masses and parish events for children of all ages allowing families to fully participate in the many programs of our parish.
Principal Accountabilities :
- Provide a healthy, loving, and safe environment for all children.
- Must be dependable and arrive at work 20-30 minutes before a session begins (unless otherwise noted).
- Responsible for keeping the rooms, materials, and equipment neat and orderly.
- Responsible for diapering children and assisting children with toilet use.
- Communicates and interacts effectively with parents, children, and staff.
- Always remains courteous and respectful to parents, children, and staff.
- Follows the discipline policy of the parish.
- Responsible for all other duties and projects as necessary to maintain a developmentally appropriate and faithful environment.
