- Support the unique Catholic mission of the school by speaking, acting, and caring for students consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church.
- Communicate effectively with students, organize the classroom learning environment, and motivate student learning.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and display sound judgment in dress and general behavior.
- Work with students of multiple age levels outside on the playground and in the classroom setting.
