HOURS: Full time, 40 hours per week, afternoon and early evening
POSITION OBJECTIVE: To maintain safe, clean, and efficient use of all physical plant and grounds.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the cleaning and routine maintenance of all buildings and grounds.
- Notify the Maintenance Supervisor of potential problem areas, safety hazards, supply needs, and all changes in physical plant or grounds.
- Set up and take down furniture and/or equipment for special liturgies, meetings, or events.
- Assist with repair work, grounds keeping, carpentry, and large projects.
- Other projects as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: One-year experience with cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
Require: Must have reliable transportation. Practicing Catholic preferred.
Physical demands: Must be able to move and load equipment and supplies that weigh 50 pounds or more. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, reach, and climb ladders. Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.
