Position Title: Part-Time Lunchroom Supervisor
(Daily school hours for this position will be from 11:30am-1:30pm)
Reports to: Principal
St. Patrick Catholic School in Brighton, Michigan is seeking a caring and responsible Lunchroom Supervisor to join our team and help create a safe and enjoyable experience in the cafeteria for our students.
Key responsibilities include supervising students during lunch periods, ensuring a safe and orderly environment, assisting students with lunch procedures, including seating, meal service, and clean-up, monitoring student behavior and enforce school policies regarding conduct and safety, helping resolve minor conflicts and promote positive interactions among students, assisting with setup, organization, and cleanup of the lunch area, communicate with school staff and administration regarding any concerns or incidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ideally applicants will have a bachelor's degree, previous work experience working with children in a school or similar setting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle minor conflicts and de-escalate situations calmly, dependable, patient, and able to work independently, commitment to upholding the values and mission of St. Patrick Catholic School.
