- Work respectively, cooperatively and creatively with all others in the workplace to maintain a positive work environment.
- Develop instructional methods, materials and techniques using developmentally appropriate practices for children.
- Discuss children's experiences and development with parents and co-teachers.
- Evaluate, document and assess the development and progress of children, including developing plans to accommodate the unique needs or circumstances of individual children.
- Participate in meetings and conferences to determine methods, techniques and activities in order to provide developmentally appropriate practices in classrooms.
- Support the administrative, educational and operational activities of the school.
