Ave Maria Academy ~ Mt. Lebanon Campus is seeking a dedicated and passionate Middle School Science and Social Studies teacher to be part of our staff. The teacher is responsible for providing high-quality instruction in Science and Social Studies to 6th,7th and 8th grade students. Additionally, the teacher will instruct both 6th and 7th grade Religion class.
The ideal candidate will be a dedicated educator with a strong understanding of middle school students and a passion for fostering a love of learning.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and school goals. Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. Analyze student data and collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement best practices in education. Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents. Support school policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Middle School Science and Social Studies or a related field.
- Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification Middle Level Education (4-8/ Science and Social Studies)
