Peninsula Catholic High School in Newport News, Virginia is seeking a Director of Enrollment and Admissions.
This position provides visionary leadership in the development, implementation, and achievement of strategic recruitment, retention, and graduation goals of the school. The Director is responsible for critical recruitment and marketing strategies, enrollment projections, goals, budgets, policies, procedures and guidance for the Enrollment process.
Responsibilities and Tasks : The Director of Enrollment’s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Develop and execute an annual recruitment plan
- Coordinate the entire enrollment process from recruitment to contract signing while maintaining enrollment statistics for students at all stages of the enrollment process and prepares reports ensuring targets are met
- Manage recruitment events like Open Houses, school visits, and shadowing days
- Promote the school through presentations and outreach at community events, parishes, and partner schools
- Recruits and trains representative students and parents to work as ambassadors to promote the school and assist with recruitment activities;
- Proposes an annual plan and detailed budget for Enrollment
- Coordinates and collaborates with the marketing department to ensure recruitment materials and website accuracy and appeal, and efficient and effective use of advertising and promotion budgets
- Coordinates with international agencies for student recruitment
- Supervises an assistant
